Donations to Charitable Events

Tony’s Wine Warehouse continues the tradition of donating its popular Private Wine Tasting Party Gift Certificates for Charitable Events/ School-PTA Fundraisers/Silent and Live Auctions.  Valued at $1,000 each, the Gift Certificate invites up to 40 people to a tour of 14-15 varietals from around the world in a fun, and educational classroom setting.    It is up to the discretion of the organization to set the minimum bid or award the Gift Certificates as Raffle prizes or other drawings.

A Donation Request letter can be mailed, faxed or sent via email  with the following information---

Organization’s Name

Name of Event

Date of Event

Contact Name

Contact  Phone Number and/or Organization’s Number

Mailing Address

Mailing Address if other than Organization’s.

 

In-House Fundraisers—

In-House fundraisers are a popular and enjoyable way to raise money for your organization.   An event can consist of the organization charging per person to come to the Private Wine Tasting Class. In order to offset costs for appetizers, a selection can be made prior to the invitations and incorporated into the cost of the event ticket.  All of the details in regard to ticket cost and invitation list are the sole responsibility of the organization hosting the event.  Tony’s Wine Warehouse Event Coordinators will help organize the details in regard to appetizers, dinner, etc. once a class is booked

Volunteer Appreciation Gift Certificates—

 This is a great way to thank your team for their sustained efforts in every successful event.

If your organization is interested in booking a Volunteer Appreciation class Sunday through Wednesday please contact me directly so I can issue a Private Wine Tasting Class Gift Certificate as a way to celebrate.
